Care and Support at Home

Whether you need a short visit each morning or more regular help through the day, we plan support around the way you already live. Explore our services below, or talk to us and we will help you work out what fits.

Who We Support

  • Older people who want to stay in their own home and need a little help to do so safely.

  • Adults living with a disability or long-term condition who want support that respects their independence.

  • People returning home from hospital who need extra help while they get back on their feet.

  • Family carers who need a break, or someone reliable to share the load.

What a Visit Can Include

Every care plan is different. Depending on what you need, visits can include:
  • Getting up, washed and dressed in the morning
  • Help getting ready for bed at night
  • Preparing meals and drinks, and encouraging a good diet
  • Medication reminders and support
  • Light housework, laundry and changing beds
  • Shopping, collecting prescriptions and posting letters
  • Company, conversation and hobbies
  • Help to get out to appointments, clubs or the local shops
  • Keeping families updated, with permission

Note: We do not provide nursing or clinical tasks. If you need these, we can work alongside your district nurse or GP.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?

Many people need a mix, such as personal care in the morning and companionship in the afternoon. You do not need to know the right label. Tell us about a typical day and we will suggest the support that makes sense, with no pressure to decide straight away.

Let's Find the Right Support Together

Speak to our local team about care for yourself or someone you love. We will listen, answer your questions and explain your options in plain English.
